To calculate the grade requirement for jewellery to be kept in a cash safe, it is usual to multiply the cash rating by a factor of five for commercial premises and by ten for domestic premises.

Grade 1 - £10,000
Grade 2 - £17,000
Grade 3 - £35,000
Grade 4 - £60,000
Grade 5 - £100,000
Grade 6 - £150,000
